As the COO and lead Business Analyst, Dhanya oversees the creation of customised solutions to resolve a client’s unique challenges. Her responsibilities encompass process mapping, technical project execution and liaising with development team on solution and product development.

Dhanya began her career in 2003 after completing a Bachelor of Technology (Electronics and Communication).She started her career as a software developer for a large consulting firm. Dhanya has worked in multiple IT roles including development, support, business analysis and project management. She has managed projects from scoping out initial requirements to delivery of the solution for leading retail, pharmaceutical and wholesale clients in Australia and the USA.

Outside of work, Dhanya enjoys music, reading and listening to podcasts.She is passionate about her family and likes to devote time for new experiences with her family.
